The Emerson Chaise Sectional Sofa by Stanley Furniture is the most tailored way to put a chaise in a room. It pairs the Emerson One-Arm Sofa with the Emerson One-Arm Chaise as a single set, so the only decisions are your fabric and which side the chaise goes on. The 4-inch squared arms give nearly the whole 113-inch width to seating, the mitered upholstered base runs unbroken around both pieces, and square block feet lift it just clear of the floor. From the back it is as clean as from the front, which matters when a sectional floats in the middle of a room.

It sits firmer and more upright than our lounge frames, with boxed seat cushions cut to fill the frame edge to edge. The chaise runs 67 inches, long enough to stretch out with your head on the back cushion. Two people sit along the back, one lies along the side, and everyone has room.

Both pieces are built on kiln-dried hardwood frames, primarily solid alder, with corner blocks that are glued, stapled and screwed so the crisp lines stay crisp. Arched 8.5-gauge sinuous steel springs with double tie-wires carry every seat without sag or noise. Cushions are a high-density foam core wrapped in a feather-locked envelope of Trillium gel-blown fiber, as soft as down without the feathers, which is why they keep their boxed shape. 1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery and follow the Return Process outlined below. If the issue is our error, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution, whether that is replacement parts, a repair, a replacement shipment, or a full refund.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, Stanley Furniture covers all costs, including return shipping, replacement shipments, replacement parts, repairs, or a full refund, as applicable.

2. Change-of-mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Item must not be assembled, installed, or modified

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Delivery fees (Standard Delivery, Front Door Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and any oversize or remote-area fee) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Made-to-order products
• Items sold "as-is"
• Assembled or installed items.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days. For change-of-mind returns, refunds apply to the merchandise value only, unless the return is due to Stanley Furniture’s error.

4. Return Process

Contact our Customer Support team with:

• Proof of Purchase
• Proof of Delivery
• Reason for return
• Photos and videos of the item and packaging showing clearly the shipping label

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and next steps.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Refunds apply to the merchandise value only. Delivery fees (Standard Delivery, Front Door Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and any oversize or remote-area fee) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Stanley Furniture error.

6. Delivery Inspection Recommendation

We recommend inspecting your furniture upon delivery and notifying us promptly if there are any visible issues. Any damage discovered after delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, to be considered for a warranty claim. To qualify for coverage, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

We also recommend keeping the original packaging during the inspection period to help facilitate faster resolutions if needed.
