Stanley Furniture Return & Refund Policy
At Stanley Furniture, we stand behind our products and aim to make your purchase feel confident and worry-free. Please review the policy below so expectations are clear from the start.
1. Return Window
You may request a return for most items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
· Unused and unassembled
· In original condition
· In original packaging
· Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. How Returns Work

1. Request Approval
Contact Stanley Furniture Customer Service or the retailer where you purchased the item. All returns require prior authorization.
2. Return Shipment
o Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
o If the return is due to our error (wrong item or verified damage on arrival), Stanley Furniture will cover return shipping
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
3. Refunds
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method
· Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days
· Refunds apply to the merchandise value only, unless the return is due to Stanley Furniture’s error
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
· Custom or made-to-order items
· Clearance items
· Items sold “as-is”
These exclusions are clearly identified at the time of purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
· Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
· Provide clear photos of the item, damage, and packaging
We will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
