1. Warranty Coverage
Stanley Furniture provides limited warranties for original retail purchasers of our products. These warranties apply to items purchased from authorized Stanley Furniture retailers and cover only conditions of normal, indoor, residential use unless specified otherwise.
2. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
- Natural Variations: Due to the inherent nature of wood and hand-finishing techniques, variations in color and finish are expected. These variations, along with differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and final products, are not covered.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any products sold “as is,” items purchased from unauthorized retailers, commercial use, or products shipped outside the contiguous U.S. Modifications made by the retailer or consumer, or the use of non-Stanley Furniture parts, voids the warranty.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, or improper use or care.
3. Warranty Period

5. Remedy Options
The sole remedy under this warranty is the repair or replacement of the product at Stanley Furniture's discretion. If a product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable item of equal or lesser value. The warranty does not extend or renew if repairs or replacements are made.
