Stanley Furniture Limited Warranty
At Stanley Furniture, we design and build furniture to be lived with and enjoyed for years. We stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship and offer the following limited warranty to give you confidence in your purchase.
1. Who This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of Stanley Furniture products purchased from authorized Stanley Furniture retailers.
Coverage applies to normal, indoor, residential use only, unless otherwise stated.
2. What This Warranty Covers
Stanley Furniture warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and construction under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.
If a covered defect arises, Stanley Furniture will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Or provide a comparable item of equal or lesser value
3. Warranty Coverage Periods (Fixed & Defined)
All warranty periods begin on the date of delivery.

4. What Is Not Covered
Natural Characteristics
Wood and natural materials inherently vary in grain, color, texture, and markings. These natural characteristics, along with minor finish variations and differences between samples or photography and final products, are not considered defects.
Normal Wear & External Factors
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or finish wear resulting from use
- Fabric pilling, compression of cushioning over time
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Exposure to moisture, heat, humidity, or direct sunlight beyond recommended conditions
Unauthorized Use or Modification
This warranty does not apply to:
- Products sold “as-is” or as clearance
- Commercial, institutional, or rental use
- Purchases from unauthorized retailers
- Products shipped outside the contiguous United States
- Products modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Stanley Furniture or its authorized service partners
Use of non-Stanley Furniture replacement parts will void this warranty.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact the retailer or sales channel where the product was purchased, or reach out to Stanley Furniture customer service at cs@stanleyfurniture.com
- Provide proof of purchase (sales receipt required)
- Submit clear photographs and a description of the issue
Stanley Furniture may require inspection of the product to determine warranty eligibility.
6. Remedies & Limitations
- The remedies outlined in this warranty are exclusive
- Repairs or replacements do not extend or restart the original warranty period
- Stanley Furniture is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law
7. Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so certain exclusions may not apply to you.
