Built to order in America, the Weston Chaise Sectional Sofa by Stanley Furniture joins the One-Arm Sofa and the One-Arm Chaise into a single L, so the only decisions left are your fabric and which side the chaise sits on. Flared arms at both ends, two plush seats along the back, a 68-inch chaise down the side, and dark block feet under all of it. It is the sectional for a family room in a house that mixes old and new, where someone always wants their feet up.

• Craftsman-built frames of kiln-dried hardwood, primarily solid alder, corner-blocked and reinforced with glue, staples and screws, so they hold their shape for decades.
• Arched 8.5-gauge sinuous springs with double tie-wires deliver quiet, no-sag support in every seat.
• Seat and back cushions wrap a high-density foam core in a feather-locked envelope of Trillium gel-blown fiber: the softness of down, hypoallergenic and feather-free, so the plush feel lasts without daily fluffing.
• Two pieces, delivered together and joined in place by the White Glove delivery team. No assembly.
• Chaise side is named as you face the piece: Right puts the chaise on your right, with the sofa arm on your left. Every Weston sectional piece is also sold separately for a custom build.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery and follow the Return Process outlined below. If the issue is our error, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution, whether that is replacement parts, a repair, a replacement shipment, or a full refund.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, Stanley Furniture covers all costs, including return shipping, replacement shipments, replacement parts, repairs, or a full refund, as applicable.

2. Change-of-mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Item must not be assembled, installed, or modified

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Delivery fees (Standard Delivery, Front Door Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and any oversize or remote-area fee) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Made-to-order products
• Items sold "as-is"
• Assembled or installed items.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days. For change-of-mind returns, refunds apply to the merchandise value only, unless the return is due to Stanley Furniture’s error.

4. Return Process

Contact our Customer Support team with:

• Proof of Purchase
• Proof of Delivery
• Reason for return
• Photos and videos of the item and packaging showing clearly the shipping label

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and next steps.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Refunds apply to the merchandise value only. Delivery fees (Standard Delivery, Front Door Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and any oversize or remote-area fee) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Stanley Furniture error.

6. Delivery Inspection Recommendation

We recommend inspecting your furniture upon delivery and notifying us promptly if there are any visible issues. Any damage discovered after delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, to be considered for a warranty claim. To qualify for coverage, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

We also recommend keeping the original packaging during the inspection period to help facilitate faster resolutions if needed.
