   Contact Stanley Furniture Customer Service or the retailer where you purchased the item. All returns require prior authorization.
2. Return ShipmentReturn shipping is the customer’s responsibilityIf the return is due to our error (wrong item or verified damage on arrival), Stanley Furniture will cover return shipping

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Refunds apply to the merchandise value only, unless the return is due to Stanley Furniture’s error

4. Non-Returnable Items
