1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery and follow the Return Process outlined below. If the issue is our error, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution, whether that is replacement parts, a repair, a replacement shipment, or a full refund.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, Stanley Furniture covers all costs, including return shipping, replacement shipments, replacement parts, repairs, or a full refund, as applicable.

2. Change-of-mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• To qualify:Item must be unused and in original condition
  Original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included
  Item must not be assembled, installed, or modified
• To qualify:You are responsible for return shipping costsWhite Glove Delivery, Room of Choice, and other add-on or special services, are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items
  
• Made-to-order products
  
• Items sold "as-is"
  
• Assembled or installed items.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days. For change-of-mind returns, refunds apply to the merchandise value only, unless the return is due to Stanley Furniture’s error

4. Return Process

Contact our Customer Support team with:

• Proof of Purchase
  
• Proof of Delivery
  
• Reason for return
  
• Photos and videos of the item and packaging showing clearly the shipping label

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and next steps. 

5.  Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  
• Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days
  
• Refunds apply to the merchandise value only. Additional service fees, such as
• White Glove Delivery, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Stanley Furniture error.

6. Delivery Inspection Recommendation

We recommend inspecting your furniture upon delivery and notifying us promptly if there are any visible issues. Any damage discovered after delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, to be considered for a warranty claim. To qualify for coverage, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

We also recommend keeping the original packaging during the inspection period to help facilitate faster resolutions if needed.
